Time

If our team is running behind, we will contact you prior to your appointment, as we would expect a courtesy call from you. In order to provide you with the best service possible, we need to ensure ample time to complete your services. Should you be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your service.

Cancellation/No-Show

Please call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation/no-show charge. The charge is 50% of your total service.

Credit card is required for all appointments.
